Training Delivery & Execution
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Deliver operational, process, and SOP-based training across outlets.
- Train employees on customer service, hygiene, food safety, and brand standards.
- Ensure proper understanding of outlet operations and product knowledge.
Learning & Development Support
- Identify training needs through observation and performance gaps.
- Conduct refresher training sessions and skill enhancement programs.
- Support development of training modules, manuals, and SOP materials.
- Monitor effectiveness of training initiatives.
Outlet & Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations and HR teams regarding training schedules.
- Visit outlets regularly to assess training implementation and employee performance.
- Support new outlet opening training and manpower readiness.
- Guide outlet teams on process improvements and service standards.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct assessments and training evaluations.
- Maintain training attendance records and employee development trackers.
- Prepare training MIS and performance reports.
- Monitor employee progress and provide feedback to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
