Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager with proven experience in online sales to lead, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to drive online sales growth
- Set clear sales targets, develop action plans, and ensure timely achievement of goals
- Train, coach, and mentor team members to enhance performance and productivity
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide continuous feedback and motivation
- Analyze sales data, reports, and market trends to optimize strategies
- Develop and implement effective sales processes and performance metrics
- Foster a high-energy, performance-driven, and committed work culture
- Collaborate with marketing and senior management to align sales strategies

Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
- MBA with specialization in Online / Digital / Sales & Marketing
- Minimum 2 years of experience in online sales (apply only if this criterion is met)
- Prior experience managing or leading an inside sales team preferred

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
