Position Resident Dentist / Associate Dental Surgeon Qualification BDS from a recognised dental college Freshers and experienced dentists are welcome to apply Job Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dental care to patients. Perform routine dental procedures, including restorations, scaling, extractions and basic emergency care. Diagnose dental conditions and explain treatment options clearly to patients. Perform and/or assist with Root Canal Treatment (RCT) and other basic endodontic procedures. Maintain proper clinical records and follow infection-control protocols. Assist in treatment planning and coordinate with specialists whenever required. Ensure a positive and comfortable patient experience. Participate in follow-ups and contribute to overall clinic growth. Preferred Skills Good clinical knowledge and patient-handling skills. General dentistry and RCT skills preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and improve clinical skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a supportive dental team.
