Configure, customize, and implement SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
solutions to meet client business needs.
Perform requirement gathering, business process analysis, and design
sessions with clients.
Lead workshops to define functional processes and provide best practice
recommendations.
Work on integration of PM with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO,
EAM) and external applications.
Ensure successful delivery of at least one end-to-end SAP PM
implementation.
Support data migration, master data setup, and system testing (unit,
integration, UAT).
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and
effective system usage.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams.
Support post-go-live activities, issue resolution, and continuous
improvement initiatives.
Flexible to travel and work on-site as per project needs.
Required Skills 5–8 years of experience in SAP PM implementation and support.
Strong functional expertise in SAP Plant Maintenance, including
Preventive, Corrective, and Breakdown maintenance.
Hands-on experience in Work Orders, Notifications, Task Lists,
Equipment, Functional Locations, and Measuring Points.
Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, FI/CO, EAM).
Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP PM implementation experience.
Ability to conduct client workshops, gather requirements, and create
functional design documents (for 5+ years).
Experience in preparing test scripts, executing testing cycles, and
supporting UAT.
Able to lead small teams for implementation projects.
