Supervisor - Safety & Security
Job Summary
The Supervisor – Safety & Security is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, employees, company assets, and park premises. The role involves supervising security personnel, enforcing safety standards, responding to emergencies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Safety Management
- Conduct daily safety inspections of the park, rides, attractions, and public areas.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
- Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by employees and contractors.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare reports with corrective actions.
Security Operations
- Supervise security guards and allocate duties effectively.
- Monitor CCTV systems and coordinate surveillance activities.
- Prevent theft, vandalism, trespassing, and other security breaches.
- Conduct regular patrols of the park and surrounding premises.
Emergency Response
- Lead the first response during emergencies such as fire, medical incidents, evacuations, or security threats.
- Coordinate with emergency services such as police, fire department, and ambulance services.
- Ensure fire-fighting equipment and emergency exits are operational and accessible.
- Conduct mock drills and emergency preparedness exercises.
- Maintain records of safety inspections, visitors, audits, and corrective actions.
- Assist during internal and external safety audits.
- Handle guest complaints related to safety and security professionally.
- Coordinate crowd management during festivals and special programs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 12th Pass
- Preferred - Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety, Fire & Safety, or Security Management.
- Valid First Aid and Fire Safety certification will be an added advantage.
- 1–3 years of experience in Safety & Security.
Experience in amusement parks, hospitality, malls, manufacturing, or large commercial establishments preferred.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
