Key Responsibilities:-
Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records (raw materials, packing materials, finished goods)
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation
- Ensure proper batch-wise and expiry-wise inventory tracking
- . Dispatch & Logistics
- Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules
- Verify orders, invoices, and shipping documents before dispatch
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of pharmaceutical products
- Team Supervision
- Supervise storekeepers, helpers, and loading staff
- Assign duties and monitor performance
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures
- Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure handling of materials as per SOPs
- Report damaged, expired, or non-conforming products
- Maintain safety standards in the warehouse
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
