- 4 years of technical experience in managing windows infrastructure
- Microsoft certification Proactive mindset with the ability to take on complex operational challenges with extra mile deliveries
- Team player who suggests and initiates improvements Knowledge on change incident management
- Expertise and experience in the domain Wintel with broader infrastructure knowledge as well as insights into IT Service Management ITSM process and basic knowledge on networking fundamentals are preferred
