We are looking for a registered nurse to join our nursing staff in providing excellent health care to our patients. Your duty of caring for the patients coming into our facility include tasks like creating and maintaining accurate patient records, administering medication and monitoring for side effects, recording vital signs, and reporting symptoms and changes in patient conditions.
Core Responsibilities
- Patient Care & Assessment: Assess health needs, record medical histories, and monitor ongoing progress.
- Treatment Implementation: Administer medications, initiate IVs, perform diagnostic tests, and execute doctors' orders.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with doctors, therapists, and other specialists to optimize patient care plans.
- Education & Support: Counsel patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and home care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, confidential electronic health records (EHR) regarding patient conditions.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degree in nursing.
- Licensing & Certification: Current state/regional licensure (e.g., RN in the US), basic life support (BLS), or advanced cardiac life support (ACLS).
- Key Skills: Critical thinking, crisis management, empathy, and effective communication under pressure.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
