- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within the defined timelines.
- Communicate effectively with customers in English, Hindi, and the assigned South Indian language.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other internal teams for timely issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department whenever required.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare daily and weekly customer support reports.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
