Design tools, dies & Child Part: -

Creates designs for tube processing Tools/dies, jigs, fixtures, molds (where applicable).

Creates child parts drawing of Cycle component, like Frame/Fork/Handlebar & RIM

Maintain BOM
Collaboration and Coordination: -
-
Work closely with R&D team, quality engineers, Process Engineers and manufacturing team etc to ensure seamless production flow, Tooling trials & timely delivery of parts.
Training & Knowledge: -
End-to-end exposure: concept design detailing manufacturing support trials-
Good Experience of Designing software CATIA/ SolidWorks, AutoCAD
People Development & Audit
Should have good knowledge of Audit System related to designing field
Project activities
Detailed child part design- Engineering calculation & Simulation
- Assembly design review & documentations etc
