Production Manager
Location: Pune
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production activities and ensure smooth manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in production planning, manpower management, quality control, and machine shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily production operations and production planning.
- Supervise VMC, Grinding, and Press Brake Tooling manufacturing processes.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and timely delivery schedules are achieved.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
- Maintain production reports, machine utilization records, and maintenance schedules.
- Improve productivity and reduce production rejections.
- Manage shop floor manpower and ensure efficient workflow.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Knowledge of Production Planning and Manufacturing Processes.
- Basic understanding of Engineering Drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Experience in Machine Shop, Fabrication, or Tooling Industry preferred.
- Ability to handle production targets and workforce effectively.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in VMC, Grinding, Press Brake Tooling, or related manufacturing industries.
- Exposure to production scheduling, quality control, and process improvement.
