Key Responsibilities
- Project Tracking: Assist in setting up and maintaining project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or ClickUp) to track the progress of client campaigns.
- Traffic Management: Coordinate between internal teams (Design, Content, SEO, Paid Ads) to ensure tasks are delivered on time.
- Client Communication: Take detailed notes during client meetings, prepare meeting recap emails, and send friendly status update reminders to clients.
- Quality Assurance: Perform basic checks on deliverables (e.g., checking for broken links, typos, or incorrect formatting) before they are sent to the Founder for final review.
- Reporting: Help compile weekly and monthly performance reports by pulling basic data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or Google Search Console.
- Administrative Support: Maintain internal documentation, client folders, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Requirements & Skills
Educational Background:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Technical Skills:
- Project Management Tools: Familiarity with at least one PM tool (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or ClickUp) is a strong plus.
- Google Workspace: Proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
- Digital Marketing Awareness: Basic understanding of digital marketing terms (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Email Marketing) is preferred, but not mandatory.
Soft Skills (Crucial):
- Extreme Organization: You have a system for tracking your to-do list and hate missing deadlines.
- Proactive Communication: You are not afraid to ask questions or chase team members for updates.
- High Attention to Detail: You spot errors that others miss.
- Self-Starter Attitude: You can work independently with minimal supervision in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Professional Writing: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
