Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons aligned with CBSE and XSEED.
- Follow the XSEED 5-Step Approach: Aim, Action, Analysis, Application and Assessment.
- Develop students’ Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing (LSRW) skills.
- Strengthen phonics, vocabulary, grammar, comprehension and creative writing.
- Use activity-based, experiential and competency-based teaching methods.
- Assess learning, maintain records and provide remedial support.
- Create a joyful, inclusive and language-rich classroom.
- Communicate students’ progress effectively to parents.
- Participate in school activities and professional-development programmes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate with English and B.Ed./D.El.Ed.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong classroom-management and digital-teaching skills.
- CBSE/XSEED experience preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
