Position Overview
The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities through outbound calls, lead qualification, client follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role focuses on converting inquiries into meetings and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and generated leads.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
- Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Understand client requirements and explain company services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with Field Sales Officers and Sales Team Leads for client meetings.
- Re-engage inactive and old leads for business opportunities.
- Prepare daily activity and follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely lead nurturing and conversion.

Experience
- 1–3 years of Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Pre-Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development experience.
· Experience in similar industry or Home Appliances, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, Real Estate, or other service-oriented sales environments. Candidates with Tele Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Acquisition experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
