Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will source, screen, and hire qualified candidates while delivering a positive candidate experience and partnering with hiring managers to meet hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication.
- Negotiate salary offers and manage offer rollouts.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain ATS/database records.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment (depending on the role level).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
