Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and strategic strategic account manager to manage and grow relationships with system integrators (SIs) across Pan India. The candidate will be responsible for developing SI partnerships, driving business opportunities, managing key accounts, and ensuring long-term business growth through strategic collaboration and enterprise engagement.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in channel sales, strategic account management, and handling large SI partners in technology, surveillance, security, or industrial solution domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with System Integrators (SI) and strategic channel partners.
- Identify new business opportunities through SI networks and partner ecosystems.
- Drive joint business planning and revenue growth with aligned partners.
- Work closely with SI partners on enterprise, government, and infrastructure projects.
- Conduct business meetings, presentations, and solution discussions with partners and end customers.
- Coordinate with OEMs, technical teams, and internal stakeholders for project alignment.
- Support partners during tender participation, proposal submission, and commercial discussions.
- Develop account growth strategies and partner engagement plans.
- Track sales pipeline, project opportunities, and account performance.
- Ensure strong relationship management and long-term business engagement with SI partners.
- Prepare sales forecasts, account reviews, and business reports for management.
Required Skills
- Strong strategic account management and channel sales experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with system integrators and enterprise customers.
- Ability to manage multiple strategic accounts independently.
- Strong business development and market expansion capability.
- Understanding of enterprise technology and project-based sales.
- Willingness to travel across North India.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in video analytics, surveillance, AI, IoT, smart city, or security solutions.
- Existing network with major SI partners and enterprise customers.
- Knowledge of government projects, tendering, and infrastructure sales.
- Experience working with the OEM ecosystem and channel-driven business.
- CRM and sales reporting tool knowledge.
Qualification
- B.Tech / BE / MBA or equivalent qualification.
- Engineering or business management background preferred.
Experience
- 5–10 years of experience in strategic account management, channel sales, or SI business management.
- Prior experience in technology, security, IT, surveillance, or industrial solutions industries is preferred.
