The programme aims to strengthen subject foundations, improve examination performance, and help students pursue higher education and meaningful careers.
Position 1: Lecturer – Accountancy
Classes: XI and XII – Commerce
Role Summary
The Lecturer – Accountancy will deliver concept-based teaching for Class XI and XII Commerce students, build their practical understanding of accounting, and support them in board examination preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Accountancy as per the prescribed Class XI and XII curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, practice exercises, and revision material.
- Explain concepts such as journal entries, ledgers, trial balance, final accounts, financial statements, and accounting principles through practical examples.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and revision sessions.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional support to students who need it.
- Track student attendance, participation, and academic progress.
- Coordinate with the Programme Coordinator on syllabus coverage, assessments, and student performance.
- Participate in review meetings, academic discussions, workshops, and parent interactions when required.
- Guide students on commerce, finance, and higher-education pathways.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong command of Accountancy at the Higher Secondary level.
- Minimum two years of teaching, coaching, or tutoring experience preferred.
- Experience in preparing students for board examinations will be an advantage.
Position 2: Lecturer – English
Class: X
Role Summary
The Lecturer – English will teach English to Class X students, strengthen their language and writing skills, and support their preparation for board examinations.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English as per the prescribed Class X curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, reading material, grammar exercises, writing assignments, and revision notes.
- Support students in reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, writing, and literature.
- Conduct regular tests, assignments, and revision sessions.
- Identify learning gaps and provide additional academic support where needed.
- Track attendance, participation, and student progress.
- Coordinate with the Programme Coordinator on academic planning and reporting.
- Participate in review meetings, workshops, and parent interactions when required.
- Encourage confidence, communication skills, and active classroom participation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts, English, Education, or a related field.
- Strong command of English language and literature at the secondary-school level.
- Minimum two years of teaching, coaching, or tutoring experience preferred.
- Board examination teaching experience will be an advantage.

Working Hours and Remuneration
- Teaching Hours: Approximately 16 hours per week
- Engagement: Part-time, hourly basis
- Rate: ₹600 per teaching hour
- Estimated Weekly Remuneration: ₹9,600
- Payment will be made based on actual teaching hours conducted and approved by the Programme Coordinator.
Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹700.00 per hour
