Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive with a strong background in Zoho Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales of our Zoho-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Zoho-based IT solutions.
● Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, referrals, and other outbound sales activities.
● Conduct high-volume cold calls and outbound sales campaigns to engage prospective clients and schedule discovery meetings.
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers.
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive longterm business growth.
● Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Zoho applications.
● Understand client business requirements and collaborate with the technical team to design tailored Zoho solutions.
● Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities.
● Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
● Follow up with leads consistently and manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and Zoho product updates to provide informed recommendations to clients.
● Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
● Participate in networking events, webinars, and industry forums to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT sales, with a focus on Zoho products.
● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Strong understanding of Zoho applications and their business applications.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
● Zoho CRM certification or similar credentials.
● Experience in B2B sales and understanding of various industries.
● Familiarity with other Zoho applications like Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc. What We Offer:
