Job Summary
Bharathiya Parampara Prathistan Foundation (BPPF) is looking for a dedicated and dynamic HR Manager to oversee recruitment, employee engagement, organizational culture, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building a strong, mission-driven workforce aligned with BPPF’s vision of farmer livelihood transformation and rural development.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Develop hiring strategies to attract quality talent.
Employee Management
- Handle onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Address employee concerns and workplace issues.
- Foster a healthy and productive work culture.
HR Operations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
Performance & Training
- Design employee performance evaluation systems.
- Identify training and development needs.
- Organize employee engagement and team-building activities.
Organizational Development
- Support leadership in workforce planning.
- Help strengthen organizational structure and culture.
- Promote professional growth and employee well-being.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience of min: 6 months in HR management or talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
