Roles We’re Hiring For:
Bartender
Experience: 2–3 years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Lead the bar in crafting classic and signature cocktails, spirits, beer and wine
- Ensure consistency, speed and quality in every pour
- Guide assistant bartenders and bar backs on technique and standards
- Help shape our bar program as we launch and refine the menu
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong product knowledge of spirits, cocktails, beer and wine
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Professional, guest-focused, and a team leader at the bar
Assistant Bartender
Experience: 1–2 years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the bartender in preparing cocktails, spirits, beer and wine
- Maintain bar cleanliness, stock rotation and glassware care
- Assist with opening/closing duties and inventory checks
- Learn and grow into a future bartender role
What We’re Looking For:
- Solid basics in bar work and drink preparation
- Eagerness to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility
- Good communication and a positive attitude
Barista
Experience: 1–2 years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, manual brews and signature beverages consistently
- Greet guests, take orders, and handle billing/POS
- Maintain a clean, efficient coffee bar and follow hygiene norms
- Assist in training and maintaining coffee quality as we scale
What We’re Looking For:
- Understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing and basic latte art
- Customer-first mindset and strong communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Bar Back
Experience: 0–1 years
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Support the bar team with stock, glassware, cleanliness and setup
- Help keep the bar running smoothly during busy hours
- Learn bar operations from the ground up
What We’re Looking For:
- Eager to learn, with a strong willingness to grow in hospitality
- Reliable, punctual and a team player
- No heavy experience needed – we’ll train you
