About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Zoho Creator & Power Automate Developer to join our team on-site. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain custom business applications using Zoho Creator, while also leveraging Microsoft Power Automate to streamline workflows and automate business processes across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Zoho Creator (forms, workflows, deluge scripting, reports, dashboards)
- Build and maintain Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks and integrate across Microsoft 365 and third-party applications
- Customize and optimize existing Zoho Creator applications based on evolving business needs
- Integrate Zoho Creator with other Zoho apps (Zoho CRM, Books, Desk, etc.) and external APIs
- Debug, test, and troubleshoot applications and automated workflows to ensure smooth performance
- Maintain proper documentation for applications, workflows, and processes built
- Ensure data security, access controls, and proper permission structures within apps
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience working with Zoho Creator (mandatory)
- Working knowledge of Deluge scripting (Zoho's scripting language)
- Practical experience with Microsoft Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, or both)
- Understanding of workflow automation, forms design, and report/dashboard creation
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Basic understanding of databases and data structures
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills to interact with stakeholders and gather requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with other Zoho apps (CRM, Books, Desk, Analytics, Flow)
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Prior experience in a client-facing or consulting role
Work Mode
- This is a strictly on-site position. Candidates must be able to work from our office location; remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
