Job Summary
Green Excel Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the complete setup and execution of our recycling plant project. The candidate will be responsible for managing plant construction, installation and commissioning of recycling machinery, vendor coordination, project timelines, budget control, and operational readiness for recycling units handling PP, PET.
* Manage end-to-end project execution from construction to plant commissioning.
* Supervise civil, mechanical, electrical, and utility works at the project site.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, machinery suppliers, and government authorities.
* Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of recycling machinery and equipment.
* Ensure timely completion of project milestones within approved budget.
* Monitor procurement and movement of machinery, equipment, and scrap processing systems.
* Develop project schedules and track progress against targets.
* Handle plant layout planning, utility requirements, and infrastructure development.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations.
* Coordinate recruitment and deployment of project and operational teams.
* Manage sourcing, handling, storage, and processing systems for PP, PET, Copper, Aluminium, Brass, and other recyclable scrap materials.
* Identify and resolve project risks, technical issues, and operational bottlenecks.
* Prepare and present regular project status reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
* 8–15 years of experience in project management, recycling plants, manufacturing plants, metal recycling, plastic recycling, or industrial project execution.
* Strong knowledge of recycling machinery, plant setup, and commissioning processes.
* Experience handling PP, PET.
* Knowledge of project planning, budgeting, vendor management, and procurement.
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and contractors.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with statutory approvals, environmental compliance, and industrial safety standards.
Preferred Experience
* Experience in recycling, waste management, plastic recycling.
* Hands-on experience in setting up greenfield manufacturing/recycling projects.
* Knowledge of machinery used for shredding, washing, sorting, granulation, separation, baling, and metal recovery processes.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
