Experience : 10Years ( Prefererable from Fasterners Industry,Stainless Steel & Fasterners Background)
Work Responsibilities : An Expert bridging the gap between engineering design & commercial manufacturing.
End-to-end product lifecycle : Raw material sourcing&prototyping,production,quality & delivery.
New Product Development & Innovation (NPD)
Concept to Commercialization: Lead the product development process from Ideation & 3DModelling/CAD design,prototyping&final shop floor launch. Material & Tooling Optimazation , Feasibility & Costing.
Plant Operations & Production Management , Production Planning: PPC,Equipment Uptime, Lean Manufacturing.
Quality Assurance&Compliance : Strict Quality Control,Testing&Validation,Compliance
Supply Chain&Commercial Collaboration:Vendor&Material Management,Customer Focus.
Leadership & Team Development.
