Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role in SACHIN, SURAT.
We are seeking an agile, results-driven Yarn Sales Executive to act as the vital link between our production network and our customers. In this role, your primary mission is to manage continuous, real-time communication with yarn suppliers, track market price fluctuations, and calculate and quote competitive, deal-closing rates to customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment where quick calculations, market timing, and sharp negotiation lead directly to closed deals, this role is for you.
Primary Responsibilities
Supplier Liaison: Maintain constant, daily communication with spinning mills and yarn suppliers to monitor real-time availability, production capacities, and raw material costs.
Strategic Quoting: Analyze supplier costs, calculate profitable margins, and swiftly quote accurate, competitive, and deal-closing rates to prospective and existing customers.
Deal Closure: Convert inquiries into confirmed orders by leveraging real-time market data to negotiate terms that satisfy both the customer's budget and the company's profit targets.
Market Monitoring: Keep a pulse on daily yarn market fluctuations (cotton, polyester, etc.) to ensure our quotes are always timed perfectly with market dips and spikes.
Order continuity: coordinate seamlessly between suppliers and customers to ensure order specifications are exact and delivery timelines are met.
Key Requirements
Experience: Preferred but not required
Skills: Exceptional mathematical and analytical skills for quick, on-the-spot margin calculations.
Strong verbal negotiation skills to push both suppliers for better costs and customers for final commitments.
High responsiveness and the ability to thrive under the pressure of a volatile commodity market.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
