We are looking for a sharp, driven Advertising Sales professional to own and grow our advertising revenue stream. This is a high-impact, high-earnings role with direct access to the CEO and the ability to build a book of business from a strong existing foundation.
You will be the primary point of contact for all advertising clients — from initial outreach to proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Once a contract is signed, our in-house team handles execution. Your job is to sell, close, and grow.
Advertising Sales & Revenue Generation
- Own the full advertising sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, proposal, negotiation, and closure
- Build and maintain a pipeline of brand advertisers across tyre, auto, insurance, and related sectors
- Sell display advertising, WhatsApp campaigns, content sponsorships, and performance campaigns on Tyremarket.com
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Identify and develop new advertising categories beyond the existing client base
Client Relationships
- Build deep relationships with marketing heads, media buying teams, and brand managers at client companies
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and reviews
- Ensure high client retention and repeat business through strong servicing and results
- Represent Tyremarket.com at industry events, agency meetings, and brand summits
Reporting & Pipeline Management
- Maintain a live pipeline tracker updated after every client interaction
- Provide weekly pipeline reports to the CEO
- Track campaign performance data and present results to clients for renewals Must-Have
- 3–5 years of experience in digital advertising sales or media sales
- Proven track record of closing advertising contracts with brands or agencies
- Fluent in Hindi and English — both written and spoken
- Strong understanding of digital advertising formats: display, content, performance, WhatsApp campaigns
- Self-starter who can work independently and manage their own pipeline
Highly Preferred
- Experience selling to or buying media for auto/tyre brands — CEAT, Apollo, Bridgestone, JK Tyres, Goodyear, Continental, TVS Eurogrip, or similar
- Prior experience at or selling to: CarDekho, CarWale, TyreDekho, Spinny, Justdial, Flipkart, Amazon, Rediff, Nykaa, Meesho, or similar high-traffic consumer platforms
- Existing relationships with marketing heads or media buyers at auto, insurance, or FMCG brands
- Familiarity with automotive aftermarket — tyres, accessories, or parts
- Experience with agency relationships and programmatic/performance media

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
