About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Intern to help manage our organization's online reputation across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer reviews in a professional, timely, and brand-aligned manner while ensuring a positive customer experience.
This role is ideal for candidates with excellent written communication skills, strong critical thinking abilities, and a keen eye for detail. If you enjoy writing, analyzing customer feedback, and representing a brand professionally, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage customer reviews across platforms such as Google, company websites, and other online review channels.
- Respond to both positive and negative reviews with thoughtful, accurate, and professional replies.
- Maintain a consistent and positive brand tone in all written communication.
- Understand customer concerns and draft appropriate responses based on the situation.
- Escalate sensitive or unresolved reviews to the relevant team when required.
- Maintain records of review activities and ensure timely responses.
- Identify recurring customer feedback and share observations with the team.
- Contribute to improving the organization's online reputation through effective communication.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong English proficiency with excellent grammar and vocabulary.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to draft clear, professional, and empathetic responses.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace.
