Eligibility: Freshers – 2025/2026 batch (Graduates / Postgraduates)
What We’re Looking For
Fresh graduates (2025/2026 batch) with strong communication skills in English Hindi.
Comfort with tele calling and customer interaction.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
Willingness to commit to a 6‑day office‑based internship.

Role Highlights
Handle customer support calls and assist the CGM Webinars Team with tele calling activities.
Should able to manage 150-200 calls per day
Engage with participants, share webinar details, and ensure smooth onboarding.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly data reports in Excel/Google Sheets.
Track attendance, feedback, and operational metrics for webinars.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve queries and ensure seamless execution.
