Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Site Engineers to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our upcoming hotel project in Tirupur.
This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates and experienced professionals. Freshers will receive guidance from senior engineers while gaining practical site experience. Experienced candidates will independently manage construction activities, coordinate with various stakeholders, and ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution.
Experience (0–7 Years)
- Freshers and Diploma holders with strong technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 3–7 years of experience should be capable of independently managing site execution.
- Experience in hotel, commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects will be an added advantage.
Key Focus Areas
Site Execution
- Execute construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Verify levels, alignment, dimensions, reinforcement, shuttering, and concreting before execution.
Construction Supervision
- Supervise civil works including foundations, RCC works, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, finishing, and related activities.
- Coordinate labour, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth site operations.
- Ensure proper manpower utilization and productivity.
Quality Control
- Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Implement quality control procedures and maintain inspection records.
- Report and resolve quality-related issues.
Safety Compliance
- Ensure adherence to site safety regulations and safe working practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report unsafe conditions.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, Consultants, MEP teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Assist in resolving technical issues during project execution.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and maintain site documentation.
- Maintain drawings, approvals, measurement records, checklists, and reports.
- Assist with quantity measurements, billing, and project handover documentation.
Requirements – Experience & Skills
For Freshers (0–2 Years)
- Basic knowledge of civil construction practices.
- Ability to read structural and architectural drawings.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic AutoCAD.
- Strong willingness to learn and work at construction sites.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
For Experienced Candidates (3–7 Years)
- Proven experience in independently handling site execution.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, quality control, and construction standards.
- Experience in coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ability to manage manpower, schedules, and project milestones.
- Good reporting and documentation skills.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Education
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, or
- Diploma in Civil Engineering.
