We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant (Tour Packages) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, promoting, and managing domestic and international tour packages, along with handling customer travel requirements.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a strong interest in the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and customize domestic & international tour packages
- Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into bookings
- Provide destination guidance, itinerary planning, and pricing
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and travel partners
- Assist with flight bookings and travel arrangements
- Handle visa-related basic documentation support
- Maintain customer records and follow-ups
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English )
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & internet)
- Sales and customer handling skills
- Passion for travel and tourism
- Ability to work under targets
Preferred Candidates
- Work Experience in travel agency / tour operations
- Knowledge of popular destinations (UAE, Maldives, Thailand, Europe, etc.)
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
- Must be a degree holder

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
