We are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead our Enterprise HRMS & CRM SaaS
business. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, building a high-performing
sales organization, expanding enterprise accounts, and executing the overall sales
strategy across India while collaborating with regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and achieve annual revenue and business growth targets.
- Develop and execute enterprise sales strategies to drive predictable revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team.
- Drive new customer acquisition while expanding existing enterprise accounts.
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Partner with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, CRM hygiene, and business performance.
- Identify market trends, competitive opportunities, and new business prospects.
- Present sales performance and business reviews to executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of Enterprise B2B Software/SaaS sales experience.
- Minimum 7 years of leadership experience managing enterprise sales teams.
- Proven experience selling HRMS, HCM, Payroll, ERP, CRM, or Enterprise SaaS solutions.
- Strong experience in the Indian B2B SaaS market.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience managing complex enterprise sales cycles and engaging CXO-level stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with Marketing teams to drive demand generation, build qualified pipeline, and accelerate sales.
- Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead high-performing enterprise sales teams.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Profile
- Experience selling to organizations with 100–10,000 employees.
- Existing network within HR, IT, and enterprise decision-maker communities.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to enterprise sales execution
