Job Overview
Adhya Global Solar Solutions is looking for skilled and motivated Welders/Fabricators to join our growing solar installation team. The selected candidates will be responsible for fabricating and welding MS/GI structures used in rooftop and ground-mounted solar power projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform welding and fabrication of MS/GI solar mounting structures.
- Cut, fit, and assemble metal components as per drawings and measurements.
- Ensure quality workmanship and proper finishing.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Assist with fabrication and installation work as required.
Requirements
- Experience in welding and fabrication is preferred.
- Knowledge of Arc Welding/MIG Welding is an advantage.
- Ability to use welding and fabrication tools safely.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Freshers with good welding skills are also encouraged to apply.
