The Territory Sales Manager – West India is responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, managing channel partners, and developing strong customer relationships within the assigned territory. The role focuses on driving revenue growth and executing company sales strategies effectively in the West Indian market.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Develop and manage distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
Execute sales plans, promotions, and marketing initiatives in the territory.
Conduct regular market visits to strengthen customer relationships and ensure brand visibility.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
Ensure timely order processing, dispatch coordination, and payment collections.
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory performance data.
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and finance for smooth operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of relevant sales experience, preferably handling a defined territory.
Strong understanding of the West Indian market and distribution network.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
