Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Create and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term professional relationships.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Candidate should be confident, proactive, and able to represent the company effectively.
