Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and manage patients under the guidance of consultants.
- Attend and stabilize medical emergencies promptly.
- Monitor patients' clinical condition and vital signs.
- Conduct ward rounds with consultants and implement treatment plans.
- Admit, assess, and prepare patients for procedures or surgery.
- Maintain accurate medical records, progress notes, discharge summaries, and prescriptions.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for effective patient care.
- Inform consultants of any significant change in patient condition.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, infection control, and NABH standards.
- Participate in code blue, CPR, and emergency response activities.
- Handover patient information accurately during shift changes.
Required Skills
- MBBS from a recognized institution
- Valid State Medical Council/DMC Registration
- BLS/ACLS certification preferred
Pay: ₹20,769.45 - ₹200,000.00 per month
