Expand and manage relationships with garment exporters, fabric traders, buying houses, and institutional clients
Develop annual sales targets, forecasting models, and growth roadmaps
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing benchmarks, and demand cycles
Work closely with production & planning teams to align capacity utilization with market demand
Ensure strong receivable management and credit control discipline
Represent the company in exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking platforms
Drive digital presence and structured marketing initiatives
Provide strategic insights to Directors for expansion, diversification, and new product development
