Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of web and mobile applications.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Design scalable system architecture and databases.
- Manage project planning, sprint execution, and delivery timelines.
- Review code and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor software developers and provide technical guidance.
- Coordinate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in architecture decisions and technology selection.
- Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
- Manage deployments, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
