About the Role
ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Franchise Support Manager to manage and support our franchise network across Odisha and nearby regions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strengthening franchise operations, ensuring business growth, maintaining brand standards, and fostering strong relationships with franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise partners and provide operational support.
- Monitor franchise performance and assist centers in achieving admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular visits to franchise centers to ensure compliance with operational and academic standards.
- Support franchisees in executing local marketing, promotional, and student engagement activities.
- Coordinate training programs for franchise staff and ensure effective implementation of company processes.
- Resolve franchise-related issues and provide timely solutions to operational challenges.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare periodic MIS and performance reports.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Academic, and Operations teams to ensure seamless franchise support.
- Assist in franchise onboarding, renewal, and expansion activities.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, branding guidelines, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 3–7 years of experience in Franchise Management, Business Development, Operations, Channel Partner Management, or Educational Services.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
