WITHIN Production Workshop - Job Descriptions
Purpose
To lead new product development, prototype creation, and outsourced production while modernizing the workshop through automation and technology to support WITHIN's growth and maintain exceptional quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead development and production of prototypes and first pieces for all new product designs
- Manage outsourced production relationships and quality standards for approved pieces
- Interface with the design team and product development team for prototype and new product/ development iterations to ensure that the first approved piece meets the specifications and timelines.
- Direct operations of specialized workshops (metal shop and stone shop)
- Research, evaluate and implement automated tools, equipment and modern manufacturing technologies
- Establish and maintain quality standards across all production channels (in-house metal, stone and outsourced)
- Interface with costing and estimates team for accurate pricing and feasibility assessments
- Coordinate with Director-Production and Design Coordination for integrated production planning
- Report production metrics, improvement initiatives and modernization progress to Co-founder

Qualification
- Minimum 15 Years of Experience
- Experienced in Furniture Industry
Hands on experienced of Computer
Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
