1. Company Overview:
SFN Solutions Private Limited is an Indian engineering and manufacturing firm that specializes in advanced, liquid-cooled infrastructure and stainless-steel distribution systems for mission-critical facilities. The company focuses on building and supplying Secondary Fluid Network (SFN) solutions, which efficiently manage thermal cooling for high-density servers and AI clusters.
2. Role & Responsibilities:
- Execute purchase orders for raw materials, fabricated parts, and bought-out items.
- Negotiate with vendors for best price and timely delivery.
- Maintain supplier database and ensure compliance with quality and procurement standards.
- Coordinate with stores and accounts for invoice processing and delivery validation.
- Track and follow up on open purchase orders and manage delays proactively.
3. Job Specifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering/Commerce/Supply Chain.
- Working knowledge of ERP systems and procurement documentation.
4. Critical Competencies:
- Vendor communication and relationship management.
- Negotiation and cost control.
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
5. Experience/Exposure:
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering sector.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
