Key Responsibilities
- Pick up and deliver parcels safely and on time.
- Plan delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
- Verify delivery details and collect proof of delivery when required.
- Handle packages carefully to prevent damage.
- Follow company policies and all traffic regulations.
- Report delivery status and any issues to the operations team.
Eligibility
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Higher qualification is an advantage).
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Own a two-wheeler
- Basic knowledge of using a smartphone and navigation apps such as Google Maps.
- Good communication skills.
- Physically fit and willing to work in the field.
- Prior delivery experience is preferred but not mandatory.
