VibrantMinds Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced Aptitude Trainer to train students and graduates in Quantitative, Logical, and Verbal Aptitude for campus recruitment and competitive exams.
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Conduct Aptitude Training Sessions (Quantitative, Logical, and Verbal) for students enrolled in placement and skill programs.
- Teach Quantitative Aptitude topics Arithmetic, Algebra, Geometry, Data Interpretation, and Number Systems.
- Deliver Reasoning Classes on Analytical Reasoning, Puzzles, Syllogisms, Series, and Critical Thinking.
- Conduct Verbal Ability & Communication Skills sessions covering Grammar, Vocabulary, and Reading Comprehension.
- Prepare Mock Tests, Practice Papers, and Assessments aligned with campus recruitment patterns.
- Develop and update Training Material, Question Banks, and Test Papers.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Coordinate with the Training & Placement Team for scheduling, reports, and feedback.
- Conduct Online and Offline sessions using Zoom, Google Meet, or MS Teams.
- Stay updated with latest Aptitude Test Patterns and Industry Trends.
Desired Candidate Profile -
- Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer.
- Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.
- Strong conceptual knowledge in Mathematics and Logical Reasoning
- Prior experience with Campus Recruitment Training / Competitive Exam Coaching (CAT, BANK PO, SSC, etc.) preferred.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding students.
- Comfortable conducting both online and classroom training.Role & responsibilities
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
