Thind Dental Clinic is looking for an HR Manager cum Administrator to oversee end-to-end HR operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have experience in both human resource management and administrative functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, employee engagement programs, and performance management systems.
- Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
- Address grievances, employee concerns, and ensure a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and clinic regulations.
Administrative Management
- Oversee clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and coordination between departments.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and inventory of office supplies & medical equipment.
- Handle scheduling, appointments, and coordination with staff & doctors.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at the clinic.
- Prepare and manage reports, documentation, and administrative records.
Requirements:
✔ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years in HR and administrative roles is a must.
✔ Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, payroll, and labor laws.
- Experience in clinic/healthcare administration is a plus.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage clinic operations effectively.
✔ Location: Must be based in Ludhiana or nearby cities (Work from Office role).
✔ Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
