Role Summary:
The role is responsible for supporting the Marketing & Corporate Communications team in executing integrated brand campaigns, managing digital and social media initiatives, coordinating with agencies and vendors, driving award submissions, and preparing leadership reports. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams while ensuring brand consistency, accuracy, and timely execution across all marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Campaign Management
- Support end-to-end execution of integrated brand campaigns across TV, digital, CTV, OOH, airports, outdoor branding, bus wraps, and PR platforms.
- Coordinate with creative, media, digital, OOH, and PR agencies for timely execution of campaign deliverables.
- Track campaign performance through analytics, brand lift studies, and campaign reports.
- Prepare campaign performance summaries and internal dashboards.
- Support moment marketing initiatives aligned with industry trends and current events.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication and standards across campaigns.
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
- Manage social media calendars across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube for group entities.
- Develop platform-specific content, captions, and communication copies aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track industry trends and digital conversations to identify content opportunities.
- Coordinate with digital/social media agencies for campaign execution and optimization.
- Monitor key metrics including follower growth, engagement, reach, and campaign performance.
- Support paid campaign execution across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube platforms.
- Maintain campaign tracking reports and ensure alignment with objectives and budgets.
- Coordinate SEO campaigns, WhatsApp outreach initiatives, and other digital marketing activities.
- Validate digital performance reports before leadership circulation.
3. Vendor & Payment Management
- Manage marketing vendor processes including invoice collection, PO coordination, and approvals.
- Maintain documentation related to vendor agreements, invoices, and approvals.
- Coordinate with finance teams for payment processing and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely closure of vendor-related operational activities.
4. Awards & Industry Recognition
- Research relevant awards across branding, marketing, sustainability, leadership, and energy sectors.
- Manage award submission processes including drafting entries, compiling data, and coordinating approvals.
- Ensure accurate and timely submissions with supporting documentation.
- Track award outcomes and prepare leadership updates.
5. Reporting & Internal Communications
- Prepare quarterly and annual marketing performance presentations.
- Track campaign reach, social media growth, awards, creative output, and brand metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy and validation before reporting.
- Draft internal communication notes, approval documents, and briefing materials.
- Support leadership reporting with structured marketing updates.
6. OOH Branding & Events
- Coordinate outdoor branding activities across airports, metros, and strategic locations.
- Track campaign implementation, creative updates, and timelines.
- Support execution of events, sponsorships, government engagements, and industry conclaves.
- Coordinate with vendors/agencies for on-ground execution.
- Prepare post-event reports and documentation.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of marketing communications, branding, and digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience in social media management and paid digital campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with focus on data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, and reporting tools.
- Understanding of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, TV, OOH, and PR platforms.
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, Corporate Communications, or Digital Marketing.
- Prior experience in integrated campaign execution and agency coordination will be preferred.
