We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team in Chennai.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Explain project details and answer customer queries
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer database
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and customer appointments
- Maintain professional communication with customers
Requirements
- Around 2 years of telecalling experience
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills

- Weekday Off will be provided
