Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Full-Stack Software Developer with 3–6 years of full-time professional experience. The ideal candidate is an individual who can independently handle end-to-end execution from initial architecture design to final deployment while embracing cutting-edge paradigms like AI-augmented software engineering to scale delivery without sacrificing architectural integrity. We value engineers who are technically versatile and genuinely curious, comfortable moving across stacks (Java and Node.js alike) and quick to pick up new tools, frameworks, and platforms as project needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
- End-to-End Delivery: Proven experience building complete web applications entirely from concept up to deployment.
- Experience Level: 3–6 years of full-time, hands-on professional software development experience.
- Full-Stack Proficiency: Strong full-stack development skills covering frontend, backend, and database architectural layers.
- Core Tech Stack: Practical experience building systems with React.js, Java Spring Boot, REST APIs, and SQL databases; working knowledge of Node.js is a strong plus, with a genuine willingness to work across both Java and Node ecosystems as needed.
- System Architecture: Ability to design highly scalable and structurally secure system architectures.
- AI-Assisted Engineering: Proficiency leveraging AI-assisted development tools (such as Cursor AI, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, and Claude) to accelerate workflows and improve delivery cycles.
- Security & Access Control: Direct experience implementing robust authentication, authorization protocols, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- UI Delivery: Ability to engineer highly responsive and user-friendly interface components.
- Data Layer Management: Strong database design, schema structuring, and query optimization skills.
- DevOps & Infrastructure: Experience deploying and maintaining live applications within cloud infrastructures or standalone Linux server environments.
- Modern Workflows: Deep knowledge of version control using Git alongside standard collaborative development workflows.
- Code Craftsmanship: Ability to consistently write clean, highly maintainable, and well-documented source code.
- Execution & Autonomy: Strong problem-solving, debugging, and software performance optimization skills, paired with the ability to work independently to deliver milestones within agreed timelines.
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning: Comfort learning new languages, frameworks, and tools quickly, and adapting to whichever stack a project calls for.
- Third-Party Integration: Hands-on experience integrating diverse third-party APIs, SDKs, and external services into production applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience building large-scale Content Management Systems (CMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools, and complex enterprise software systems.
- Practical UI/UX design experience.
- Native or cross-platform mobile application development experience.
- Hands-on experience integrating diverse third-party APIs and commercial payment gateways.
- Exposure to microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
