Role Overview:
We are looking for an IT Manager with a primary focus on Software Development and the Zoho Ecosystem (80% KRA), while also ensuring IT infrastructure, assets, and networking operations (20% KRA) are efficiently managed. The role requires a strong technical background in Zoho applications, custom development, and automation, coupled with the ability to maintain a secure and reliable IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Software Development & Zoho Ecosystem (80% KRA):
· Oversee end-to-end software/application development projects using Zoho Creator and other development tools.
· Customize, automate, and integrate Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, and other Zoho apps with business processes.
· Define and implement SDLC best practices, ensuring structured design, development, and deployment.
· Manage a team of developers or external vendors to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
· Ensure proper code documentation, version control, and repository management (e.g., Git).
· Perform testing, debugging, and quality assurance before deployment.
· Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and implement process automation.
· Maintain and enhance API integrations between Zoho apps and third-party platforms.
· Ensure data security, compliance, and role-based access across Zoho systems.
· Continuously explore and implement new Zoho features to improve operational efficiency.
· Conduct end-user training and adoption programs for new Zoho solutions.
· Monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and user experience.
IT Infrastructure, Assets & Networking (20% KRA):
· Manage company IT assets (laptops, desktops, servers, mobiles, peripherals, etc.).
· Maintain and regularly update the IT asset inventory.
· Oversee secure company networks (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) and monitor bandwidth usage.
· Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity are in place.
· Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols (firewalls, antivirus, access control).
· Manage IT vendors, warranties, and licensing renewals.
· Provide IT helpdesk and user support for hardware/software issues.
· Document IT infrastructure, processes, and SOPs for future reference.
Key Skills & Competencies:
· Strong expertise in Zoho applications (Creator, CRM, Books, Flow, etc.).
· Proven track record in software/application development and automation.
· Knowledge of Deluge scripting, API integration, and custom functions.
· Experience in managing SDLC and software teams.
· Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity basics.
· Strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
· 1-3 years of IT experience with at least 1+ years in Zoho development & administration.
· Hands-on experience in custom app development, workflow automation, and integrations.
· Certifications: Zoho Creator Certified Developer (preferred).
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
