We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Officer with strong knowledge of building insulation and acoustic products. The candidate should have experience in field sales, client handling, and business development within the construction, HVAC, infrastructure, or industrial sectors. The ideal candidate must have good contacts with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, MEP consultants, and project decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and industrial clients. Promote and sell insulation and acoustic solutions for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market research. Meet project consultants and key concern persons to specify company products in ongoing and upcoming projects. Conduct product presentations and technical discussions with clients. Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain regular follow-up with customers and ensure long-term business relationships.
