Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic IT Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the hiring process, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with major job portals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and shortlist IT professionals for various client requirements in the market.
- Work on different job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Communicate effectively with candidates and clients throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and HR software systems.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices in recruitment.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of work authorizations and hiring practices is a plus.
- Should be a quick learner and self-motivated.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
