About the Role
Lithium EV Future Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to install, troubleshoot, repair, and provide after-sales support for Lithium Batteries, Battery Chargers, and related power electronics products.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and commissioning of Lithium Battery Packs and Battery Chargers.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues at customer sites.
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Test and troubleshoot Battery Management Systems (BMS).
- Repair and replace defective electrical/electronic components.
- Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
- Coordinate with the technical team for complex service issues.
- Provide product demonstrations and customer training.
- Handle warranty and after-sales service calls.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints.
- Follow safety standards while handling high-voltage battery systems.
- Travel for field service whenever required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Lithium-ion Battery systems.
- Understanding of Battery Chargers and BMS.
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams.
- Hands-on experience with multimeter and basic testing instruments.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and electronic circuits.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel.
Qualification
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
