Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end talent acquisition process, while bringing about process efficiency and streamlining and improving recruitment strategies and employer branding:
· Talent Acquisition:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business units
o Partner with hiring managers for manpower planning and role definition
o Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, referrals, social media, agencies)
o Conduct screening, interviews, and candidate assessments
o Ensure positive candidate experience and closure within defined TAT
o Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes
· HR Business Partnering:
o Act as a strategic HR partner to identified business leaders
o Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement
o Drive performance management processes (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews)
o Handle employee relations matters, including grievances and conflict resolution
o Provide advisory support on HR policies, practices, and organizational changes
· Compensation & Benefits (C&B):
o Support compensation benchmarking and salary structure design
o Manage employee compensation changes, salary revisions, and promotions
o Coordinate annual compensation cycles and bonus payouts
o Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, wellness, leaves, etc.)
o Analyze compensation data and generate insights for decision-making
· HR Compliance
o Ensure adherence to statutory compliance and labor laws
o Maintain and audit employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
o Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for compliance requirements
o Support audits, inspections, and filing of statutory returns
o Stay updated on labor law changes and recommend necessary updates
· HR Projects & Initiatives
o Participate in and drive key HR transformation projects
o Support HR digitization, system implementation, or process improvement initiatives
o Lead or contribute to initiatives in DEI, employee engagement, or culture building
o Develop and streamline focused HR processes and policies for efficiency and scalability
